Our Refund Policy is 30 days. If 30 days (1 month) have expired from the date of delivery of your purchase, we do not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email contact@dogcrushboutique to request an refund or exchange. Please provide customer name and items description of item you would like to refund or exchange. If possible, please provide invoice number to help locate order for quickly.
