Please note that International Shipping some countries require customs fee(s) and import taxes to be paid at time of delivery. These fees are to be paid by the consumer. At times your package may be held at the country border or port of entry until fees have been collected. Nor does SBOND LLC dba DogCrush Boutique carry any responsibility in creating or collecting such import tax.

USA: All orders shipped within the United States continent with an order spend of $70 will receive FREE SHIPPING.
Flat Rate Shipping for orders under the minimum of $70 order requirement is follows:

Returns & Cancellations
- At this time, returns or cancellations are not accepted.
- If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email sandra@dogcrushboutique.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges due to damaged product only. To be eligible for an Exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please provide customer name and description of item you need to exchange along with the desired color and/or size.
Customers are responsible for all shipping cost for the returned product(s). Shipping cost incurred from the original order will not be refunded.
To complete an Exchange Claim, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery date. In the event your product arrives damaged, we will happily replace it with the same product or like product of your choice. All of our products are inspected for quality before shipment.
